• Project Engineer: Assisted in connection with the commercial litigation regarding the remuneration for supervision of the construction of one of the biggest shopping centres in Poland.
• French Developer: Representing the client in court in disputes with a housing development’s general contractor and in disputes with purchasers of houses with regard to their defects.
• General contractor: Representing the client in court in a dispute on the infringement of patent rights related to the solution for the air conditioning system in a commercial centre.
• French Developer: Assistance in connection with the bankruptcy of a general contractor and related claims of subcontractors.
• Shopping Centres Owner: Representing the client in connection with claims of natural persons, shopping centres’ customers, regarding the civil liability for the accidents in shopping centres.
• Shopping Centres Owner: Representing the client in court in a dispute with a construction enterprise relating to the removal of defects in a shopping center, which ended with a court settlement.
• Shopping Centres Owner: Representing the client in court disputes related to the termination of several lease agreements of commercial areas in the shopping centres.
• Hotels Network Owner: Representing the client in court in connection with disputes relating to the non-contractual use of land.
• International Construction Company: Advised a subcontractor of a consortium constructing a motorway section with respect to claims for payment due to the subcontractor from the consortium which was the general contractor, in connection with the bankruptcy of the consortium’s members.
• Global Construction Company: Assisted in connection with the litigation regarding payment for the construction process of the Shopping Centre in Warsaw and removing the defects.
