She specialises in assistance upon real estate sale and purchase transactions (asset deal and share deal). She has broad experience in transactions involving not only land, but also shopping centres, office buildings and logistics centres. She advises clients in the investment process, proceedings to obtain administrative decisions and appeal procedures. She drafts and negotiates construction contracts (including FIDIC contracts), architectural design contracts, project management contracts, and bank and corporate guarantees. She has broad experience in residential projects. She advises clients in public tenders, proceedings to obtain a license, executing public-private partnership agreements and similar civil contracts.
She has been involved in proceedings before common and administrative courts, local governmental appeal body (SKO) and administrative authorises, including construction supervision authorities. She has represented clients in arbitration proceedings (permanent courts of arbitration and ad hoc courts) in cases concerning construction contracts, lease agreements, cases for fee payment, rent payment, compensation, claims in respect of statutory warranty for defects, liability in tort and liability for corporate guarantees and in cases concerning real estate with unclear legal status or with restitution claims of former owners.
